The room was impressive and non-smoking with great views, comfy bed plus wonderful air conditioning, met expectation.

Contemporary hotel, clean, amicable staff and the beds were exceptionally comfortable. All the dishes were outstanding, nevertheless you can visit nearby The Blind Tiger Restaurant.

My experience at this beautiful hotel was really good. Good meals with hot drinks. Highly recommended for overnight stay.

The first 5 star hotel where everything was great and fairly clean. We booked huge and non-smoking room with a comfortable bed, wonderful air conditioning, great views.

Breakfast is large and room is well heated. Location is unbeatable, at a moderate distance from shreveport convention center.

Non-smoking room, superb bar, efficient staff. Everything was nice and within 22 minutes' drive of Shreveport airport.

I appreciated my fairly nice stay. Moderately priced & tidy hotel, it was in an optimal location, has easygoing staff. The continental breakfast had a great selection of options for all tastes. Restaurant in property was outstanding and the pool area was great.

gorgeous and fabulous room in a cool location. booked a room with excellant views. we enjoyed the english breakfast provided with cheese, cakes, fresh bread, scrambled eggs and milk. the hotel was near the local beach.

Everything was outstanding, I totally recommend. Amazing design of this scenic hotel, lovely romantic rooms. Loved satellite TV, temperature control and Wi-Fi in the room. The soft drinks in roof top bar were very welcome. Had no problem using their overnight parking, the internet was excellent.

It's traditional hotel, we loved impeccable rooms and strategic location. Fine beds and rug and cell. The property is centrally located near the sandy beach.

Beautiful and clean hotel, liked it. The food was good and there were good choice of dishes in the menu. Everything was lovely, even so a few employees were kind of rude.

Although the room really could have been cleaned, we would definitely go back.

Great value, impeccably clean, rich breakfast. Comfy bedroom with a luxurious bathroom. Furniture was nice and I loved amazing bed and pillows. Staff were extra attentive and setting is in 20 minutes' walk to the downtown.

Totally outstanding experience. The location was convenient, the room was generous sized with a magnificent view. Booked Wheelchair Accessible room and got it upon arrival. A bathtub was huge and everything was amazing. Staff at that hotel were amazingly great.

Satisfied with the hotel, it's an easy base for staying in Shreveport. On-site restaurant The Buffet was a bonus, had dinner there.
